The Role
Joining the Ryanair Group as Cabin Crew means immersing oneself in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun environment where safety is the number one priority. This comprehensive course is meticulously designed to equip individuals with all the fundamental skills required to ensure passenger safety and deliver a top-class inflight experience. Upon successful completion, candidates will be awarded their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and be ready to take to the skies.
The position demands flexibility and dedication, requiring operation of both early and late shifts. Crew members must be prepared for duty as early as 5:00 AM on early rosters and may not return home until midnight on afternoon rosters. Candidates should be highly customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy environment.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Possess a height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided, and competently support another person in the water.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
- A passion for travel and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
Please Note: As part of the application process, candidates are required to successfully complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
