About the Role

Opportunities are available at our Dublin base. This position offers a unique chance to become part of an operation that serves over 580,000 guests daily across more than 3,300 flights.

Career Advancement and Compensation

Joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew provides significant career growth potential. With eligibility for promotion after one year, individuals can aspire to leadership roles such as Base Supervisor, European Base Manager, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight. The compensation package is highly competitive, including:

  • Permanent and direct Ryanair employment contract.
  • Attractive starting salary of up to €27,000 per annum.
  • A one-off €2,000 'New Joiners Bonus'.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • An outgoing and friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort and proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • A genuine passion for travel and engaging with new people.

Important Considerations

Life as cabin crew is rewarding and dynamic but also demanding. It requires flexibility to operate early shifts (potentially starting at 5 am) and late shifts (returning as late as midnight). Candidates who are not comfortable with early mornings should carefully consider this aspect of the role.
