Role Overview
Successful candidates will join a network of over 16,000 crew members, delivering safety and exceptional customer service across a vast European network. This role is fast-paced and demanding, requiring operators to work flexible shifts, including early mornings (starting as early as 5:00 am) and late evenings (concluding around midnight).
Candidate Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland.

Ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height must be approximately between 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.

Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

Outgoing, friendly, hardworking, and flexible personality.

Adaptability to a shift-based roster.

Passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, verified through mandatory English language and situational judgment assessments.
