Role Overview
As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests on over 3,700 daily flights. This is a fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding role that requires individuals who are safety-conscious, customer-oriented, and capable of working flexible shift patterns, including early mornings and late nights.
Candidate Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland.

Must have the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately 5’2" (157 cm) to 6’2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.

Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Proven ability to pass a mandatory English proficiency test and situational judgment test.

A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer service and a "can-do" attitude.

A passion for travel and meeting new people.

No prior cabin crew experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
