Role Overview

As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests on over 3,700 daily flights. This is a fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding role that requires individuals who are safety-conscious, customer-oriented, and capable of working flexible shift patterns, including early mornings and late nights.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland.
  • Must have the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5’2" (157 cm) to 6’2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to pass a mandatory English proficiency test and situational judgment test.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer service and a "can-do" attitude.
  • A passion for travel and meeting new people.
  • No prior cabin crew experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
