About the Role
As Cabin Crew for Ryanair, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This demanding yet rewarding position involves operating a flexible roster, including early and late shifts, and requires a strong commitment to safety as the top priority. The role involves engaging with the public, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic inflight environment.
Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.

Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English.

A passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Must successfully complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test as part of the application process.
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive, free, and internationally recognised Cabin Crew training is provided. This training equips successful candidates with all the fundamental skills required to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience.
