Role Overview
Ryanair is seeking a Regional Head of Inflight to join Europe’s largest airline group at its headquarters in Swords, Co. Dublin. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Inflight, the successful candidate will play a critical role in both operations and sales as the airline continues its expansion toward a fleet of over 800 aircraft. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with a proven track record in managing regional teams within fast-paced, multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of European Base Managers responsible for the day-to-day management of inflight staff across European bases.

Streamline operational procedures to ensure continued efficiency for crew and management.

Oversee staffing, contracts, and disciplinary matters.

Measure efficiency and provide weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify and resolve local or individual inflight issues.

Liaise with cross-departmental managers as required.

Drive process improvements within the Inflight Department and onboard.

Collaborate with other Regional Heads to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide continual mentorship and development for the team of Inflight Managers.

Conduct weekly base visits across the European network.

Deliver communication strategies to engage cabin crew via the Fleet Hub platform.

Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; equivalent operational or airline experience will be considered.

Proven experience in team management.

Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

A disciplined, motivated, and flexible approach to work.

Ability to remain calm and think critically in high-pressure, challenging situations.

Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and reporting on KPIs.

Ability to travel extensively across the company network.

Previous experience in operations management within a large organization is desirable.
