The Opportunity

Ryanair Group invites applications for the role of Cabin Crew Member, offering direct, permanent employment contracts with a highly competitive salary package of up to €27,000 per annum. Successful candidates will benefit from a comprehensive, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course, which is provided free of charge, with payment commencing from day one of the permanent contract. Crew Members must be adaptable to a fixed 5-day on / 3-day off roster pattern, which includes early morning shifts commencing as early as 5:00 AM and late evening shifts that may conclude around midnight.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants for the Cabin Crew Member position are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Demonstrate a customer service-oriented background, with previous experience in roles such as hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing environments being advantageous.
  • Be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
  • Possess the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Exhibit strong English language proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Display a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality, with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Demonstrate a passion for travel and meeting new people.
  • Possess bags of enthusiasm and a strong team spirit.
