The Opportunity

Ryanair Group invites applications for the role of Cabin Crew Member, offering direct, permanent employment contracts with a highly competitive salary package of up to €27,000 per annum. Successful candidates will benefit from a comprehensive, internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course, which is provided free of charge, with payment commencing from day one of the permanent contract. Crew Members must be adaptable to a fixed 5-day on / 3-day off roster pattern, which includes early morning shifts commencing as early as 5:00 AM and late evening shifts that may conclude around midnight.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants for the Cabin Crew Member position are expected to meet the following criteria:

Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Demonstrate a customer service-oriented background, with previous experience in roles such as hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing environments being advantageous.
Be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
Possess the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
Exhibit strong English language proficiency, both spoken and written.
Display a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality, with a 'can do' attitude.
Be adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
Demonstrate a passion for travel and meeting new people.
Possess bags of enthusiasm and a strong team spirit.
