Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong customer service background, ideally gained through experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing environments.
- Possess legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union.
- Meet height requirements, typically between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Be adaptable and comfortable working a shift-based roster.
- Enjoy interacting with the public and be capable of providing excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Hold a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
