- Performing thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including detailed safety checks, efficient cabin preparation, and seamless service delivery.

- Promoting and selling duty-free products and other in-flight items, accurately handling cash and card transactions in accordance with company guidelines.

- High level of adaptability, coupled with a flexible approach to working hours, which will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent physical fitness, capable of meeting the demanding requirements of the Cabin Crew role, including swimming proficiency.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered a distinct advantage.
- Possession of a valid passport with unrestricted travel rights to all Aer Lingus destinations.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the service industry is highly desirable.
