About the Role

As a vital member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew, individuals will embark on a rewarding yet demanding career where passenger safety is the paramount priority. Crew members are responsible for ensuring the comfort and well-being of guests while upholding the highest safety standards onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. The role requires adaptability to a dynamic shift roster, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5 AM and late evening returns extending to midnight. Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for travel, a friendly disposition, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrates a high degree of enthusiasm and a strong team spirit.
• Possesses a customer service-oriented background, with previous experience in roles such as retail, hospitality (bar, restaurant), or similar client-facing environments.
• Holds the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Exhibits a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and willing to work a demanding shift roster.
• Enjoys interacting with the public and possesses a 'can do' attitude to provide excellent customer service.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
• A genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people.
