Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group
The Ryanair Group, Europe’s largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its cabin crew team at the Dublin base. This position offers a dynamic career path within a network of over 90 operational bases, providing the opportunity to support a fleet that manages over 3,600 daily flights.
The Role
Successful candidates will undergo an intensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with the fundamental safety and customer service skills necessary for day-to-day operations. The training program involves regular examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The role requires commitment to a demanding shift roster, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late-evening returns up to midnight.
Candidate Requirements

Possess an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
