Role Overview

The Ryanair Group invites enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its esteemed team as a Cabin Crew Member. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding safety and customer service experiences to all guests aboard Ryanair Group aircraft.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures, with safety being the paramount priority.
• Operate effectively within a varied shift roster, including early morning starts (as early as 05:00) and late-night finishes (up to midnight).
• Work collaboratively as an integral part of a diverse and dedicated cabin crew team.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador for the Ryanair Group, embodying a 'can-do' attitude.
• Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience from take-off to landing.

Training & Career Development

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive programme is designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills required for the role, with a strong emphasis on safety procedures and superior customer service delivery. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of official Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU) and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
• Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to work a varied shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and a proactive 'can-do' attitude when interacting with the public.
• Be comfortable and proficient in speaking and writing English with ease.
• Show a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
