Cabin Crew Member | Fixed-Term Aviation Opportunity with FLY4 Airlines

This fixed-term role is based in Dublin, with additional opportunities available at Luton and Stansted, placing the successful candidate at the heart of our inflight operations.

Details of the Role:
- Position: Cabin Crew Member (CCM)
- Contract: Fixed-Term of 4 months initially. Employment will be with AAP Aviation on behalf of FLY4 Airlines.
- Base Locations: Dublin, Luton, or Stansted
- Roster Pattern: 16 days on, 12 days off (16/12)
- Start Date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member:
The successful candidate will undertake a range of duties vital to the safety and comfort of passengers, including:
- Ensuring onboard safety and strict compliance with all aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Delivering comprehensive safety briefings and completing thorough pre-flight checks.
- Providing excellent inflight service and exceptional passenger care throughout the journey.
- Responding calmly and effectively to medical, safety, or service-related incidents.
- Working collaboratively and effectively with both cabin and flight deck teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining a polished and professional image at all times, reflecting the airline's standards.
Essential Criteria for Application:
Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Possession of a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- At least one year of recent flying experience within the past five years.
- Holding a valid EASA Medical Certificate.
- Height between 160–190 cm, with a minimum arm reach of 2 metres.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Medically fit to fly and able to successfully pass comprehensive drug and alcohol screening.
- Possession of a valid EU/UK passport and an unrestricted right to live and work internationally.
- Ability to report to the assigned base location within 60 minutes.
- A clean background, with the ability to successfully pass a 5-year security check.
- A minimum of high school education.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining impeccable grooming and uniform standards.
Desirable Experience:
While not mandatory, candidates possessing the following experience will be highly regarded:
- Experience in informal leadership or mentoring roles.
- Inflight medical or first aid experience.
- Familiarity with multiple aircraft types.
- Proficiency in the use of inflight digital or retail systems.
- A background in hospitality or tourism.
- Recognition for excellence in customer service, teamwork, or safety.
- Previous experience at EU or UK operational bases.
