Aviation Cabin Crew Opportunities in Germany - Ryanair Group

Job Description

Ryanair Group invites dedicated individuals in Germany to embark on a rewarding career as Cabin Crew. As Europe's largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights and serving more than 600,000 guests, Ryanair is significantly expanding its operations across its seven bases in Germany. This presents an exceptional opportunity for passionate, customer-focused, and service-driven professionals to join a dynamic team of over 16,000 aviation experts. Previous experience is not required; Ryanair values enthusiasm, team spirit, and a strong drive to excel, providing comprehensive training for all successful applicants.

The journey to becoming a Cabin Crew member begins with a rigorous 6-week training course. This program meticulously covers all fundamental skills necessary to deliver top-tier safety and an outstanding customer service experience. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in supervised supernumerary flights before new crew members earn their Cabin Crew Wings.

Joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew family offers unparalleled career progression opportunities. From the outset, individuals are immersed in a culture of growth, with potential paths leading to roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight.

While the Cabin Crew role is immensely fulfilling and offers unique experiences, it is also highly demanding, with safety as the paramount priority. Successful candidates must be prepared for a shift-based roster, which includes early morning duties starting as early as 5 AM and late-night returns extending past midnight. This role requires adaptability and a robust commitment to operational schedules.
