The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its extensive network of over 90 operational bases, with opportunities commencing in the Autumn/Winter months. The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive six-week training course. This intensive program equips individuals with fundamental skills in safety protocols and top-tier customer service delivery. The curriculum includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as a Cabin Crew member is both exhilarating and demanding. Safety remains the paramount priority, and successful candidates must be prepared for varied shift patterns, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5 AM and late shifts concluding near midnight.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants for this Cabin Crew position must fulfill the following essential criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union and to travel freely across the entire Ryanair network.
• Maintain a height between approximately 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
• Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic, flexibility, and an approachable, friendly demeanor.
• Be adaptable and comfortable with working a varied shift roster.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Be proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Display a genuine passion for travel and engaging with diverse individuals.
