Position Summary
Cabin Crew members are integral to delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. The role is demanding, with safety as the paramount priority, requiring adaptability to varied shift patterns, including early morning and late evening duties.
Training and Career Progression
No prior experience is required, as successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course. This program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including extensive safety protocols and exceptional customer service delivery. The training involves regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Candidates must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is essential.
- Demonstrates a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Adaptable and content with working a shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude when interacting with the public.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency.
- A genuine passion for travelling and engaging with new people.
