Ryanair Group is recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its extensive network of 90+ operational bases, with opportunities available for joining during the Autumn/Winter months. No prior aviation experience is required; candidates demonstrating enthusiasm and a strong team spirit are highly encouraged to apply.

The Role

Life as a Cabin Crew member with the Ryanair Group is both rewarding and demanding. Safety is the paramount priority, and successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests on board Ryanair Group aircraft. The role requires significant flexibility, including operating early morning shifts (reporting for duty as early as 5 AM) and late evening shifts (returning home as late as midnight). Candidates should be prepared for a variable roster pattern.

Training Program

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role. The training involves regular study, examinations, and culminates in supervised Supernumerary flights before candidates are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings, signifying full qualification.

Requirements

To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • A genuine passion for engaging with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • A keen interest in travel and meeting new people.
