About the Role
Freedom II, a distinguished Part 121 Air Operating Certificate holder from the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority, is seeking highly professional and dedicated Cabin Crewmembers (CCM) and Senior Cabin Crewmembers (SCCM) to join its elite team. Operating a modern fleet, including B757 and E170 aircraft, Freedom II specializes in commercial charter operations for VIP/VVIP passengers.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the paramount safety and unparalleled comfort of distinguished guests. Successful Cabin Crewmembers who consistently demonstrate exceptional skill and ability will have opportunities for advancement to the Senior Cabin Crewmember position. Key Responsibilities
- Upholding and actively promoting Freedom II's Safety Management System (SMS), including the diligent identification and reporting of safety hazards and issues.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks of safety and emergency equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of normal and emergency procedures, as well as the precise location and proper use of onboard emergency equipment, to ensure passenger safety in all circumstances.
- Executing specified safety actions promptly and effectively in the event of an onboard emergency.
- Communicating effectively and in a timely manner with operations and fellow crew members.
- Presenting and conducting oneself with a consistently well-groomed and professional demeanor, aligning with the highest standards of VIP/VVIP operations.
- Assisting with the arrangement and sourcing of premium passenger catering and special requests, demonstrating resourcefulness and budget consciousness.
- Arranging crew meals and providing attentive service to the flight deck crew throughout the duration of the flight.
- Providing exemplary, personalized service to VIP/VVIP passengers, including warm greetings and assistance at FBOs and upon boarding. Attending meticulously to passenger needs throughout all flight phases, from embarkation to post-flight disembarkation and security checks.
- Ensuring the aircraft remains immaculately clean, organized, and fully stocked; this includes actively cleaning and tidying the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory to maintain a pristine professional appearance.
- Restocking the aircraft comprehensively to guarantee its readiness for immediate departure at all times, including diligent checking of stock expiry dates.
- Ensuring the aircraft is thoroughly cleaned, wiped down, and vacuumed before exiting.
- Submitting post-trip paperwork and receipts accurately and on time, in strict accordance with company procedures.
- Utilizing provided forms and platforms for seamless communication with colleagues, ensuring smooth operational transitions between flights.
- Reporting any operational issues, in-operative items, or passenger problems to appropriate personnel, maintaining an open line of communication with all crew members.
- Assisting with stockroom management and inventories.
- Contributing to the cleaning and organization of the wider aircraft fleet.
- Actively participating in scheduled supplementary training courses offered by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Offering innovative ideas for equipment, tools, and service enhancements that will further distinguish Freedom II from competitors.
Requirements
- Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- A minimum of one year of VIP/VVIP Flight Attendant experience is highly preferred.
- International work or travel experience is preferred.
- Previous Part 121 operational background is considered advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and schedules, along with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse personalities among both crew and passengers.
- Ability to safely navigate aircraft stairs and comfortably carry or lift up to 30 lbs.
- Possession of a friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the MS365 Suite, is required.
- A valid passport with a minimum of three years' validity remaining is mandatory.
