The Role of a Cabin Crewmember

Cabin Crewmembers are instrumental in guaranteeing the utmost safety, comfort, and a truly exceptional service experience for VIP and VVIP passengers aboard Freedom II aircraft. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Upholds and promotes Freedom II’s core goals and objectives, including strict adherence to the Safety Management System (SMS), by proactively identifying and reporting any safety hazards or issues.
- Conducts meticulous checks of all safety and emergency equipment onboard prior to each flight.
- Maintains comprehensive and current knowledge of normal and emergency procedures, as well as the precise location and proper use of all onboard emergency equipment, to ensure paramount passenger safety during any unforeseen event.
- Executes specified safety actions precisely and efficiently in the event of an onboard emergency.
- Ensures timely and clear communication with operations personnel and fellow crew members to facilitate smooth flight execution.
- Consistently presents a well-groomed, professional, and sophisticated appearance, upholding the elevated standards required for VIP/VVIP operations.
- Assists proactively with the arrangement and discerning sourcing of passenger catering and special requests, demonstrating both resourcefulness and budget consciousness.
- Manages all crew meal arrangements and provides attentive service to the flight deck crew throughout the duration of the flight.
- Delivers exemplary, personalized service to passengers, including warmly greeting and assisting them at Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs) and upon boarding, attentively addressing their needs throughout the flight, and assisting with post-flight disembarkation and security duties.
- Maintains a meticulously clean, organized, and well-stocked aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatories to ensure a consistently professional and inviting environment.
- Responsible for comprehensive restocking of the aircraft to ensure perpetual readiness for all flights, including vigilant checking of all stock expiration dates.
- Ensures the aircraft is thoroughly cleaned, wiped down, and vacuumed to impeccable standards before exiting post-flight.
- Submits all post-trip paperwork and receipts accurately and punctually, in strict accordance with established company procedures.
- Fosters seamless operational transitions through effective, clear communication with colleagues, utilizing designated forms and platforms.
- Promptly reports any operational issues, inoperative items, or passenger concerns to the appropriate personnel, maintaining open and constructive lines of communication with fellow crew members.
- Assists with efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
- Contributes actively to the cleaning and organization of the entire aircraft fleet.
- Attends all scheduled supplementary training courses provided by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contributes innovative ideas for equipment, tools, and service enhancements that will further differentiate Freedom II in the competitive luxury aviation market.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A minimum of one (1) year of VIP/VVIP Flight Attendant experience is highly preferred.
- International work or extensive travel experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience within a Part 121 airline background is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated willingness to work flexible hours and variable schedules, and adeptness at interacting positively and professionally with diverse personalities among crew members and passengers.
- Ability to navigate aircraft stairs safely and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Possesses a friendly, outgoing, energetic, and adaptable personality.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Must hold a valid passport with a minimum remaining validity period of three (3) years.
