As a Cabin Crew Member, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and an exceptional customer service experience for guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This demanding yet profoundly rewarding position places paramount importance on safety, necessitating an adaptable approach to operating varied shifts, including early mornings (commencing as early as 5 AM) and late evenings (concluding around midnight).
No prior experience in aviation is required, as comprehensive and free training will be provided. The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member commences with a rigorous 6-week internationally recognised training course. During this period, candidates will acquire essential skills, participate in regular examinations, and undertake Supernumerary flights, culminating in the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem of €28 is provided to support individuals during the training phase.
