Role Description

As a Cabin Crew Member, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and an exceptional customer service experience for guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This demanding yet profoundly rewarding position places paramount importance on safety, necessitating an adaptable approach to operating varied shifts, including early mornings (commencing as early as 5 AM) and late evenings (concluding around midnight).

No prior experience in aviation is required, as comprehensive and free training will be provided. The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member commences with a rigorous 6-week internationally recognised training course. During this period, candidates will acquire essential skills, participate in regular examinations, and undertake Supernumerary flights, culminating in the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem of €28 is provided to support individuals during the training phase.

Recruitment Information

The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for positions commencing in the Autumn/Winter months. Qualified applicants will be invited to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day scheduled for 09 October 2025, following a thorough review of their application.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor.
• Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to work a varied shift roster.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude when interacting with the public.
• Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
