About the Role
Ryanair invites highly motivated individuals to join its dynamic Cabin Crew Team, with a primary base at Baden-Baden Airport. This strategically located base offers excellent connectivity, positioned just 45 minutes from Strasbourg. As a pivotal member of Europe's Largest Airline Group, successful candidates will contribute to an operation that serves over 600,000 guests daily across 3,600+ flights, operating from an extensive network of 90+ bases and connecting 250+ destinations.

Training & Career Development

Qualifications
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Demonstrated ability to swim 25 meters unaided and to support another person in water.
- Possession of a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and a strong willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the aptitude to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
