As Europe's leading airline group, transporting over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights, Ryanair Group is actively recruiting the next generation of Cabin Crew. Positions are available at one of its 90+ operational bases, with recruitment commencing in the Autumn/Winter months.

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course, designed to equip them with the fundamental skills required to deliver a top-tier safety and customer service experience. The rigorous training includes regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew with Ryanair Group is both rewarding and dynamic. It is a demanding role where safety is paramount, requiring adaptability to operate both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and shifts extending until midnight.

Candidate Requirements

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • A height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) is required.
  • Candidates must be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
  • Essential qualities include being hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster are crucial.
  • A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
  • A strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
