The Opportunity

Comprehensive Training Program

New recruits will undergo a rigorous and comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This internationally recognised program is designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills required for the role, focusing on crucial safety protocols and delivering top-tier customer service. The training curriculum incorporates regular examinations and culminates with supervised Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious Cabin Crew Wings certification. A daily per diem is provided to trainees throughout the course duration.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Candidates should typically measure between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is a mandatory requirement.
A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly desirable.
Adaptability to a shift-based roster, which includes early mornings and late evenings, is essential.
A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven capacity to provide excellent customer service with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English with fluency.
A strong passion for travel and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
