Training & Career Progression

Life as Cabin Crew

The position necessitates significant flexibility, requiring adherence to a shift roster that includes early morning duties from 5 AM and late shifts extending until midnight. Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, applicants must fulfill the following essential requirements:

Possession of unrestricted right to live and work within the EU, along with the ability to travel freely throughout the extensive Ryanair network.
Height requirement between approximately 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
Demonstrated characteristics of being hardworking, adaptable, and possessing an outgoing, friendly demeanor.
Flexibility and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
A genuine passion for public interaction and a proven capability to deliver exemplary customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
