The Role of Cabin Crew
The Cabin Crew role is central to Ryanair Group's unwavering commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Crew members are responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of all passengers, maintaining strict safety protocols, and providing an excellent onboard experience. This demanding yet highly rewarding position requires individuals to operate both early and late shifts, commencing duties as early as 05:00 AM and concluding as late as midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all operational aspects.
Training & Development
Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course, recognized internationally. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including top-tier safety procedures and exceptional customer service delivery. The training regimen incorporates regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings. Daily per diem is provided during the training period.

Requirements
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position with Ryanair Group, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the EU and within the Ryanair Network.
- Height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a dynamic shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- A strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
