About the Role

As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This demanding yet highly rewarding position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest safety standards, and working effectively within a close-knit team. Candidates will operate both early and late shifts, demonstrating adaptability and resilience to duty times that can begin as early as 5 AM or conclude as late as midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all aspects of this role.

Training and Development

Successful candidates will commence their career with a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This internationally recognised programme will equip individuals with all fundamental skills required for the role, focusing on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and advanced customer service techniques. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in supervised Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Possess strong adaptability to work a demanding shift roster.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and enjoy interacting with the public.
  • Be comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency.
  • Show a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
