The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

Cabin Crew members are integral to ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers. This dynamic role requires a steadfast commitment to delivering top-class safety procedures and providing outstanding customer service. The position demands flexibility, with crew members operating both early and late shifts, often commencing duties as early as 5:00 AM or concluding as late as midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all operations.

Comprehensive Training Program

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with an intensive 6-week training course. This program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, culminating in regular examinations and practical Supernumerary flights, ultimately leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
• Be adaptable and willing to work a variable shift roster.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude, with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Be proficient in spoken and written English.
• Display a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
