The Role: Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant

Cabin Crew members are integral to ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, a proactive approach to safety protocols, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced atmosphere. Successful candidates will operate from one of our 90+ operational bases across Europe, embracing a career that is both challenging and highly fulfilling. No prior experience is required; a strong team spirit and enthusiasm are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Career Development

New Cabin Crew members will commence their journey with a comprehensive, internationally recognized 6-week training course. This intensive program is designed to impart all fundamental skills required for the role, with a strong emphasis on safety procedures, emergency responses, and customer service excellence. The training regimen includes regular examinations and culminates in supervised Supernumerary flights before candidates are officially awarded their Cabin Crew Wings.

Pathways for advancement include progression to Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, or Regional Manager, with aspirations even extending to positions such as Director of Inflight. Participants will gain firsthand experience of the role, meet existing team members, and fully understand the dynamic aspects of working in the skies. Carefully selected participants will engage in hands-on, interactive experiences.
