The Role: Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant
Cabin Crew members are integral to ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for all passengers and crew members at all times.
- Delivering outstanding customer service, adeptly addressing passenger needs and inquiries with professionalism and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Conducting comprehensive pre-flight safety checks and demonstrating safety procedures in strict accordance with aviation regulations.
- Efficiently managing onboard sales and services to enhance the passenger experience.
- Adhering to stringent operational schedules, which include both early morning and late-night shifts.
- Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a diverse and dedicated cabin crew team.
Training & Career Development
New Cabin Crew members will commence their journey with a comprehensive, internationally recognized 6-week training course. This intensive program is designed to impart all fundamental skills required for the role, with a strong emphasis on safety procedures, emergency responses, and customer service excellence. The training regimen includes regular examinations and culminates in supervised Supernumerary flights before candidates are officially awarded their Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for this exciting role:
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union and throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Candidates must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly valued.
- Candidates must possess adaptability and a strong willingness to work a demanding shift roster, which includes both early mornings (reporting as early as 5 am) and late nights (returning home as late as midnight).
- A genuine passion for dealing with the public and the ability to consistently provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease is essential for effective communication.
