Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete a rigorous 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course, mastering all fundamental skills required for the role, including safety procedures and customer service excellence.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, security, and comfort for all passengers and crew members on board Ryanair Group aircraft.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating passenger needs and ensuring a positive and memorable flight experience.
- Efficiently manage in-flight sales, contributing to the uncapped sales bonus structure.
- Adhere strictly to all operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of cabin crew and ground staff to ensure seamless flight operations.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a demanding shift roster, which includes early morning report times (as early as 5 AM) and late-night returns (up to midnight).

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Exhibit adaptability to a demanding and varied shift roster.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and a genuine enjoyment in dealing with the public.
- Be proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Display a passion for travel and meeting new people.
