Cabin Crew Member (Germany) - Ryanair Group

Overview

Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group, is actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its expanding cabin crew family in Germany. With over 16,000 professionals and operations across seven German bases, this presents an unparalleled opportunity for a rewarding aviation career. This role is ideal for those passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager for fast-track career progression within a dynamic international environment. Previous aviation experience is not required; the focus is on identifying candidates with a strong team spirit, drive to excel, and unwavering commitment to safety.

The Role

As a vital member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, the successful candidate will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary to provide a world-class safety and customer service experience to over 600,000 guests daily. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Cabin Crew members are fully immersed in Ryanair Group's vibrant culture from day one, with extensive career opportunities available. These pathways include progression to Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Inflight Director roles. While the role is highly rewarding and offers the chance to explore new cultures and cities, it is also demanding. Safety is the utmost priority, and crew members are required to operate early and late shifts, potentially reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM or returning home as late as midnight. Adaptability to a flexible working schedule is therefore essential.
