About the Role

The journey to becoming Cabin Crew begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program is designed to equip candidates with all fundamental skills and knowledge required to deliver a top-tier safety and customer service experience to our guests. The course involves regular examinations and culminates in practical supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of official Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of an unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public, coupled with the ability to deliver excellent customer service and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• A demonstrated passion for travel and meeting diverse individuals.
