The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. This demanding yet highly rewarding position requires individuals to operate both early and late shifts, commencing as early as 5:00 AM and concluding as late as midnight. Cabin Crew members are at the forefront of the customer experience, delivering top-class safety demonstrations, managing onboard services, and providing exceptional customer care. The role offers the unique adventure of flying across Europe, encountering diverse cultures, and working from one of the Group's 90+ operational bases. While the role is demanding, safety remains the number one priority, and the experience is both fun and rewarding.

Training and Career Progression

Successful candidates will embark on a free, internationally recognised six-week training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and superior customer service. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights before the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings.
