Training and Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This internationally recognized program equips individuals with all fundamental skills necessary for the role, focusing on top-class safety protocols, emergency procedures, and superior customer service delivery. The curriculum includes regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights, followed by the conferral of official Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem of €28 is provided to trainees during this intensive period.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height must be approximately between 5' 2" (157 cm) and 6' 2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Possession of a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
• A passion for interacting with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive approach.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
