Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility involves upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service on board Ryanair Group aircraft. This demanding yet highly rewarding role requires adaptability to operate both early morning and late-night shifts, with duties potentially commencing as early as 05:00 and concluding as late as midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all operations. New recruits will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course, meticulously designed to equip them with all fundamental skills necessary for the role. This intensive program includes rigorous study, regular examinations, and culminates in essential Supernumerary flights before the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Be between 157 cm (5”2) and 188 cm (6”2) in height, approximately.
  • Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality, coupled with a friendly disposition.
  • Be adaptable and willing to operate a varied shift roster.
  • Possess a genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
  • Be comfortable and proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrate a passion for travel and meeting new people.
