The position requires operation of both early and late shifts, potentially starting duty as early as 5 am or concluding as late as midnight. Applicants should note that a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test are required as part of the selection process. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.

Key Requirements:

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and supporting someone else.
  • Demonstrates a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoys engaging with the public and possesses the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Possesses a passion for travel and meeting new people.
