Cabin Crew Position

Successful applicants will be invited to an in-person assessment day following a thorough review of their application. Positions are available for Autumn/Winter months across the Ryanair Group's extensive network of over 90 operational bases.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew member, individuals will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding safety and customer service experience to guests. This is a demanding yet rewarding position where safety is paramount. The role requires considerable flexibility, involving operations across both early morning and late evening shifts. Duties may commence as early as 5:00 AM for early rosters and conclude as late as midnight for afternoon rosters.

Comprehensive Training Program

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with an intensive 6-week training course. This program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, emphasizing safety protocols and customer service excellence. The course involves regular study and examinations, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements

Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position are expected to meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Candidates must be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
• Demonstrated qualities of being hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality are highly beneficial.
• A strong adaptability to work a varied shift roster is essential.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Comfortable and proficient communication skills, both speaking and writing, in English are required.
• A strong passion for travelling and meeting new people is desirable.
