About the Role

As a valued member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals will be based at one of the Group's 90+ operational locations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort for all passengers. Cabin crew members are immersed in a dynamic environment from day one, contributing to a top-class safety and customer service experience for guests.

Life as cabin crew is both rewarding and demanding. The position requires adaptability to varying shift patterns, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5:00 AM, and late shifts concluding around midnight. Safety remains the number one priority, requiring vigilance and adherence to all operational procedures.

Training & Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This program equips trainees with all fundamental skills required for daily operations, including safety protocols and customer service best practices. The course involves regular study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements

Prospective applicants are required to meet the following essential criteria:

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided, and to support another person in water.
• Possess a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptability to work a demanding shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of dealing with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• A passion for travel and meeting new people.
