As a Cabin Crew member, the primary responsibility is to deliver unparalleled safety and an exceptional customer service experience to all guests. Cabin Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, which may involve reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM or returning home as late as midnight. While no prior experience is required, candidates must possess a strong team spirit, a genuine passion for service, and an adaptable approach to working various shift patterns.
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with an intensive 6-week training course. This program is designed to impart all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day responsibilities of the role, including in-depth safety procedures and top-class customer service delivery. The course involves regular study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights before the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.
