Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking motivated individuals to join its Future Cabin Crew Programme. This program offers an exclusive opportunity to become one of over 16,000 cabin crew members across Ryanair’s expanding network of over 90 operational bases, delivering exceptional customer service to over 600,000 guests on over 3,600 flights daily.
This position offers remarkable benefits, including unlimited discount travel across Ryanair’s extensive network of over 250 destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off' roster, and a competitive salary package. World-class training is provided completely free of charge.
No prior experience is necessary. The comprehensive training courses are designed to equip individuals with the fundamental skills required to deliver a safe and first-class in-flight experience. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will receive their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and be ready to embark on their career in the skies.
The role of cabin crew is both fun and rewarding, but requires a strong focus on safety. The position involves operating early and late shifts, including reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM and potentially returning home at midnight. Ideal candidates will be customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of enthusiasm.
As Ryanair anticipates another record-breaking summer season, they are offering aspiring candidates the opportunity to express their interest in joining a Cabin Crew "hold pool" for future training courses later in the year. Fully completed applications will be processed, and selected candidates will be invited to an online interview. Successful candidates will be placed in the 'hold pool' and prioritized for placement on upcoming Cabin Crew training courses as they become available. The recruitment team will maintain regular contact with those in the holding pool, providing updates on future courses and confirming interest in preferred or alternative locations.
Please note that candidates must complete initial stages, including an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire, to progress their application. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and placed in the hold pool for future training opportunities.
