About the Role:
The Flight Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a simple, reliable, and joyful experience for each customer, with an unwavering focus on safety. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of cabin equipment and controls, as well as detailed understanding of assignments, functions, and responsibilities during emergency procedures such as ditching and evacuation, particularly concerning passengers requiring special assistance.

Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following essential requirements:
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have a minimum of two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Be legally eligible to work within the United States without requiring work sponsorship.
- Hold a current and valid Passport.
- Be a minimum age of 21 years.
- Be between 5'0" and 5'9" tall.
- Exhibit strong verbal communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Be willing to participate in pre-employment and random drug testing programs.
- Reside within, or be willing to relocate to within, a 60-minute commute (including travel time) from a designated base.
- Be capable of occasionally lifting 75+ pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
The company offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package. Paid training is provided at a rate of $135.00 per day (plus per diem), increasing to $198.00 per day (plus per diem) once on-line. Crewmembers are guaranteed a minimum of 14 days of salary per month and are eligible for additional Productivity Pay and quarterly bonuses.
