Breeze Airways is seeking “Seriously Nice” Full Time Flight Attendants based in Providence, Rhode Island (PVD). As one of the airline's most visible Team Members, the Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members. This role involves welcoming and accommodating Guests, mitigating high-stress situations, collaborating and problem-solving with other Team Members, exercising good judgment, and embodying kindness. The Flight Attendant acts as the face of the Company by embracing Breeze’s Five Core Values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Breeze Flight Attendant Full Time Job Details:
- Monthly Guarantee: 70 flying hours per month.
- Must reside within a two-hour driving distance from Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD).
- Requires successful interview selection and completion of initial Flight Attendant training.
Additional Breeze Flight Attendant Details:
- Initial issuance of luggage and uniform paid by Breeze.
- Training is paid.
- Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
The Flight Attendant provides an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, assisting with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and providing requested information while remaining available for further assistance. This role requires maintaining a positive and kind demeanor, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated, and acting with empathy and humanity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members.
- Remaining calm under pressure and mitigating high-stress situations.
- Effectively communicating, collaborating, and demonstrating respect for other Team Members.
- Staying approachable and accommodating by monitoring the cabin regularly.
- Remaining flexible and understanding that schedules may change due to operational, weather-related, and other unforeseen delays.
- Staying current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements.
- Demonstrating personal responsibility through punctuality, timeliness, and proactive behavior.
- Upholding professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, both in and out of the cabin.
- Willingness to assist in other departments if necessary.
- Comfortably using, implementing, and explaining Breeze’s Inflight technology.
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintaining cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards, comfortable working in tight quarters.
- Providing instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests.
- Administering first-aid and medical care if required in the event of an emergency.
- Being capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under high levels of stress.
- Conducting security screenings.
- Completing Autism Awareness Training.
- Adhering to FAA and DOT travel regulations.
- Achieving performance measures and adhering to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance (Height Minimum).
- Adequate head clearance in the cabin (Height Maximum).
- Ability to sit and buckle into the E190, E195 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance, capable of making a positive impression.
- Must be service-oriented.
- Adherence to the highest possible hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language; may be required to communicate safety instructions to Guests who may not speak English.
- Ability to pass a vision and hearing test.
- Ability to successfully complete security screening training.
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
- Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States.
- A valid Passport book with a minimum of six (6) months remaining prior to expiration.
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Willingness to relocate based on the company’s operational needs, if applicable.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed.
- Ability to report for work in the assigned base for assigned trips.
- Ability to work “Reserve Assignment” in the assigned base.
- Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
- Adherence to grooming standards: Nose piercings are acceptable (studs only: single 2mm or smaller nose stud in silver, gold or gemstone; no hoops). No other facial piercings or teeth embellishments in uniform are allowed. A maximum of two (2) earrings per ear while in uniform is permitted. Tattoos may be visible if within Company guidelines, which will be provided during the selection process.

- Ability to assist disabled passengers during the flight into and out of the Inflight wheelchair, then transporting them as needed.
- Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts on wheels up and down inclines with maximum force of approximately sixty (60) pounds.
- Ability to perform all safety-related procedures.
