Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:
A Cabin Crew member focuses on ensuring both passenger safety and providing excellent customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Adhering to the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a dedicated team of aviation professionals.
Requirements for Application:
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
- Possess the legal right to work in Georgia without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Have obtained a high school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside within, or be prepared to relocate within, a 60-minute travel distance from the chosen base and be able to commute efficiently according to the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings on body parts visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
Please note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
