Flight Attendant
Aviation professionals are invited to apply for the position of Flight Attendant, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a full-time role for experienced professionals.
The Flight Attendant serves as a key crew member, assuming direct responsibility for cabin safety on the ground and in-flight. This role encompasses cabin service, including the preparation and serving of food and beverages, as well as liaison duties with aircraft caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports. The Flight Attendant maintains the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin, ensuring the aircraft galley and onboard supplies are adequately stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and promotes the goals and objectives of the organization's Safety Management System and security protocols.
- Prioritizes passenger safety, while providing exceptional passenger service throughout the flight operation.
- Maintains a high level of proficiency in the organization's Flight Operations Manual, Standard Operational Procedures, FARs, and Operational Specifications.
- Takes decisive action in emergency situations and evacuations.
- Delivers a high standard of onboard customer service and demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of safety operations.
- Manages commissary stock, including shopping for necessary items and maintaining snack freshness.
- Ensures pre and post-flight aircraft cleaning and restocking.
- Complies with all aspects of the General Operations Manual, Flight Safety International recurrent safety training (or equivalent), and DCA Access fingerprinting requirements.
- Provides feedback on standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.
- Establishes and maintains standard stock and storage locations for aircraft cabins.
- Manages daily commissary stock, supplies, and beverages.
- Handles aircraft bedding materials, ensuring supplies are current and ready for international trips.
- Liaises with company medical personnel and medical vendors to ensure aircraft emergency/medical equipment is up-to-date.
- Collaborates with the management team on outfitting new aircraft.
- Provides the Material Coordinator with supply lists and quantities for ordering/re-ordering.
- Maintains accurate aircraft cabin inventory books.
- Is familiar with and manages on-board connectivity systems for passengers and cabin and has the capability to establish and resolve onboard connectivity issues.
- Pursues continuous education in leadership.
- Performs other duties as required to support the organization's mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Valid U.S. Passport required.
- Flight Safety International, FACTS, or equivalent formal training for Corporate Flight Attendant.
- Five years of business aviation operational experience.
- Strong knowledge of cabin safety and emergency procedures.
- Proficiency in safe food handling, catering ordering, and preparation.
- Effective communication skills.

- Extensive operational experience, typically gained as a flight crew member.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Ability to handle long hours, irregular schedules, and potential jet lag, especially for international flights.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Must be located within Cincinnati, OH within 2 hours of Lunken Airport OR be willing to relocate.
- Capable of working in high-pressure conditions, such as in-flight emergencies or VIP service demands.
The starting pay / salary range is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year.
