Job Summary

The Supervisor, Inflight Training (Recurrent Inflight Training) is responsible for overseeing and managing the effective implementation of all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated training, along with other essential training programs required by the Inflight Department for Flight Attendants. This pivotal role involves the integration of new and changing materials utilizing advanced educational tools. This position primarily operates from one of Frontier Airlines' training centers located in Orlando, Florida, or Denver, Colorado.

The successful candidate will possess:

Equipment Operated

The role requires operation of Airbus aircraft (for training purposes), computers, door trainers, video and projection equipment, and other Inflight Training department equipment.

Work Environment

The incumbent will operate in several different environments, including normal office settings, classrooms, outdoors, airport facilities, on aircraft, and other offsite facilities. The work schedule may include travel and extended hours (early morning/late evening), determined by station operational and hangar hours. The employee must be willing to work on the aircraft as a regular crewmember for Initial Operating Experience (IOE) training and proficiency checks.

Physical Effort

Moderate physical activity is required, involving the handling of objects up to 75 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.

Supervision Received

The incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures under general supervision, receiving detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.

Positions Supervised

The Supervisor oversees contract trainers, primarily for the duration of training workshops, and maintains an oversight role over class participants while they are in training.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $86,366.
