About the Role

The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers, adhering to FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Key duties include maintaining cabin safety, conducting safety demonstrations, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Prioritize passenger safety and comfort on all flights.
• Deliver exemplary customer service.
• Assist passengers with luggage and provide support to those requiring additional assistance.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, including evacuations and medical assistance.
• Ensure passenger and aircraft compliance with safety and security standards.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and make public announcements.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Operate aircraft doors and galley equipment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and pushing carts.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin.
• Adhere to all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting annual salary: $34,000.00, increasing to a maximum of $42,500.00.
• Retention bonus up to $2,000.00 annually once maximum salary is reached.
• Eligibility for pay incentives for additional trips worked, based on schedule and thresholds.
