About the Role
The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers aboard Contour aircraft. This position requires strict adherence to FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Key duties include maintaining cabin safety, conducting safety demonstrations, responding to emergencies, and providing professional communication to passengers and crew. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
Key Responsibilities

Perform duties in the aircraft environment in compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies.

Prioritize safety and passenger comfort on every flight.

Deliver exemplary customer service to meet and exceed passenger expectations.

Assist with lifting and stowing luggage.

Provide attentive assistance to passengers requiring additional support.

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Respond effectively to emergency situations, including implementing flight deck instructions, guiding passengers during evacuations, and providing emergency medical assistance.

Ensure passenger and aircraft compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Conduct safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions clearly.

Complete required reports, paperwork, and documentation accurately.

Retrieve and store items in overhead bins.

Operate and secure aircraft doors.

Push and pull food and beverage carts.

Perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Operate galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Follow all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package including:

Starting annual salary of $34,000.00, with annual increases up to a maximum of $42,500.00.

Potential retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 per year once maximum salary is reached.

Eligibility for pay incentives for additional trips worked or assigned, based on schedule and thresholds.
