About the Role

The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers, delivering exceptional customer service in line with FAA regulations and company policies. Key duties include maintaining cabin safety, conducting safety demonstrations, responding to emergencies, and communicating effectively with passengers and crew. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights.
• Comply with all FAA regulations and company policies.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies and provide medical assistance.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and order.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately.

Requirements

• Ability to perform duties in the aircraft environment.
• Capability to lift and stow luggage, and assist passengers requiring additional support.
• Proficiency in preparing and serving meals and beverages.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to operate aircraft doors and service equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting annual salary: $34,000.00, with an annual increase to a maximum of $42,500.00.
• Retention bonus up to $2,000.00 per year upon reaching maximum salary.

• 401(k) savings plan with company matching contribution up to 6%.
• Accrual of up to 56 hours of paid sick leave per year.
