Position Summary

The Flight Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers on all flights. This position involves active participation in trip preparation and execution, delivering service that consistently meets or surpasses the high expectations associated with corporate aviation.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The position requires knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment. The incumbent must possess strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently. Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills are essential, as is experience interacting with senior-level management and family members.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and smell. The employee is regularly required to move up to 25 pounds with assistance. The employee is occasionally required to move up to 40 pounds with assistance.

The typical work schedule will involve being available for both scheduled and unscheduled trips during periods not designated as scheduled time off. Scheduled time off includes five guaranteed hard days off per month, in addition to fifteen days of annual vacation.
