Position Summary
The Flight Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers on all flights. This position involves active participation in trip preparation and execution, delivering service that consistently meets or surpasses the high expectations associated with corporate aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures an exceptional passenger experience on every flight by prioritizing safety and comfort at all times.
- Responsible for comprehensive passenger menu planning, ordering, and presentation.
- Assists in establishing, maintaining, and diligently following Company processes and procedures.
- Supports the establishment and maintenance of confidential passenger catering profiles.
- Manages the development, maintenance, and administration of the aircraft stocking list.
- Facilitates and ensures clear and effective communication between Flight Attendants and other members of the flight department, working directly with the Chief Pilot.
- Establishes vendor relationships crucial for training and service excellence.
- Develops guidelines for the management and training of Flight Attendants.
- Acts as a key liaison to contract Flight Attendants, providing training and guidance on passenger service standards.
- Manages the budget allocated for catering and aircraft supplies.
- Ensures impeccable cleanliness of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory areas, promptly advising the Pilot in Command (PIC) of any cabin discrepancies.
- Establishes and maintains a robust food safety program specifically designed for aircraft catering operations.
- Maintains a consistently professional demeanor while representing AMB Group, both during duty hours and off-duty.
- Upholds and demonstrates core values including honesty, responsibility, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment fulfillment.
- Develops and implements refined Cabin Service Standards.
- Functions effectively as a team player, readily accepting additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possesses thorough knowledge of safety, emergency, and in-flight service procedures, coupled with demonstrated competency in operating all cabin equipment.
- Holds an Associate’s degree combined with a minimum of five years of experience as a Flight Attendant in corporate aviation, specifically on large cabin aircraft, with a focus on serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals.
- Has previous international experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant operating under FAA Part 91 or Part 135 regulations.
- Has completed formal corporate flight attendant training (such as FACTS, FlightSafety, or similar programs) within the last twelve months.
- Possesses the unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Holds a valid US Passport with at least nine months of remaining validity.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting personalized catering menus for in-flight service.
- Must be accessible by phone or email on a 24/7 basis, with the exception of scheduled days off.
- Must be prepared to travel on as little as three hours' notice.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessitated by the flight schedule.
- Work hours may frequently extend beyond standard office hours.
- Domestic and international travel is a required component of the role.
- Ability to safely lift items weighing up to 40 lbs from floor to shoulder level.
- Physical ability must not be hindered and must allow for the successful performance of all required job functions.
- Proficiency at a basic level in MS-Word and Excel is required.
- Must maintain a permanent residence located within a 60-minute commute of KFTY airport.

The typical work schedule will involve being available for both scheduled and unscheduled trips during periods not designated as scheduled time off. Scheduled time off includes five guaranteed hard days off per month, in addition to fifteen days of annual vacation.
