Position Summary
The Corporate Flight Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall passenger experience meets and exceeds the highest standards on all flights. This position requires active participation in trip preparation and execution, delivering bespoke service tailored to sophisticated travelers aboard large cabin corporate aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional, safe, and comfortable passenger experience on every flight.
- Manage all aspects of in-flight catering, including menu planning, ordering, preparation, and presentation, often for High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals.
- Support the establishment, maintenance, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Assist in creating and managing confidential passenger catering profiles.
- Develop, maintain, and administer aircraft stocking lists for cabin supplies.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the cabin crew and flight crew, collaborating closely with the Chief Pilot.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships for training and service purposes.
- Develop guidelines for the management and training of other flight attendants.
- Act as a liaison to contract Flight Attendants, providing training and ensuring consistent passenger service standards.
- Manage the budget allocated for catering and aircraft cabin supplies.
- Ensure the immaculate cleanliness and readiness of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory, reporting any discrepancies to the Pilot In Command (PIC).
- Establish and maintain a robust food safety program for all in-flight catering.
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism while representing AMB Group both on and off duty.
- Demonstrate unwavering honesty, responsibility, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment fulfillment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Cabin Service Standards.
- Contribute to the team effort by willingly taking on additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of aviation safety, emergency procedures, in-flight service protocols, and proficiency with all cabin equipment.
- An Associate’s degree combined with a minimum of five years of experience as a corporate flight attendant on large cabin aircraft, with a demonstrated focus on serving HNW individuals.
- Extensive previous international experience as a corporate flight attendant operating under FAA Part 91 or Part 135 regulations.
- Possession of formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent), current within the last 12 months.
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- A valid US Passport with at least nine months of remaining validity.
Essential Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience developing and presenting personalized catering menus for discerning passengers.
- Must be accessible by phone or email 24/7 when not on scheduled days off.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice, sometimes as little as three hours.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to accommodate work hours that may extend beyond normal office hours.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder level.
- Physical ability to perform all required job functions without hindrance.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Permanent residence located within a 60-minute radius of KFTY (Fulton County Airport).
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication, including experience interacting with senior-level management and family members. The position necessitates the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work both independently and as part of a team. The work environment is dynamic and demanding, requiring constant availability when not on scheduled time off.
The physical demands are representative of those essential for performing the job functions. While performing the duties, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands for handling/feeling, reach with arms, talk/hear, and smell. Frequent requirements include walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasional requirements include sitting, climbing, or balancing. The role regularly involves moving items up to 25 pounds with assistance and occasionally moving items up to 40 pounds with assistance.
The typical work schedule involves being available for both scheduled and unscheduled trips. Scheduled time off includes five guaranteed hard days off per month, in addition to 15 days of annual vacation.
