Flight Attendant - Corporate Aviation

Position Summary
The Corporate Flight Attendant is primarily responsible for actively participating in the preparation and execution of all flight operations. This role ensures that passengers experience safe, comfortable, and consistently exceptional service that meets or exceeds their expectations on every journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding passenger experience on all flights, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
- Manage all aspects of passenger catering, including menu planning, ordering, and presentation.
- Contribute to the establishment, maintenance, and adherence to Company processes and procedures.
- Assist in creating and maintaining confidential passenger catering profiles.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the aircraft stocking list.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between flight attendants and other members of the flight department, collaborating directly with the Chief Pilot.
- Establish and nurture vendor relationships for training and service purposes.
- Develop guidelines for managing and training flight attendants.
- Act as a liaison for contract Flight Attendants regarding training and passenger service.
- Oversee the budget for catering and aircraft supplies.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory, and promptly advise the Pilot in Command of any cabin discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain a robust food safety program for aircraft catering.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism while representing AMB Group, both on and off duty.
- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment fulfillment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Cabin Service Standards.
- Function as a collaborative team player, willing to undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of safety, emergency, and in-flight service procedures, along with competency in operating cabin equipment.
- An Associate’s degree combined with a minimum of five years of experience as a flight attendant in corporate, large cabin aircraft, with a focus on serving High Net Worth individuals.
- Previous international experience as a corporate flight attendant operating under FAA Part 91 or Part 135 regulations.
- Possession of formal corporate flight attendant training certification (such as FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent), current within the last 12 months.
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- A valid US Passport with at least nine months remaining validity.
Other Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and presenting personalized catering menus for in-flight service.
- Must be accessible by phone or email 24/7, except during scheduled days off.
- Must be capable of traveling on short notice, potentially as little as three hours.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work hours that may extend beyond normal office schedules.
- Domestic and international travel is required.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder level.
- Physical ability to perform all required job functions must not be impeded.
- Proficiency in basic MS-Word and Excel.
- Must maintain a permanent residence within a 60-minute commute of KFTY (Fulton County Airport).

The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and demonstrate robust organizational and interpersonal communication skills is essential. The position involves frequent interaction with senior-level management and family members.
The physical demands of this role are representative of those required to perform essential functions successfully. The employee must regularly be able to stand, use hands for various tasks, reach, talk, hear, and smell. Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is necessary. Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may be required. The employee must regularly move up to 25 pounds with assistance and occasionally move up to 40 pounds with assistance.
The typical work schedule involves being available for both scheduled and unscheduled trips when not on designated time off. Scheduled time off includes five dedicated hard days off per month, in addition to fifteen days of vacation per year.
