Position Summary
AMBFO, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Corporate Flight Attendant to ensure an unparalleled, safe, and pleasant flight experience for its discerning passengers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the meticulous preparation and seamless execution of all flights, consistently delivering service that exceeds the highest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Premium Passenger Service: Ensure an exceptional, safe, and comfortable in-flight experience, meticulously planning, ordering, and presenting bespoke catering menus tailored to confidential passenger profiles. Develop and implement rigorous Cabin Service Standards.
- Cabin Management: Develop, maintain, and administer comprehensive aircraft stocking lists. Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the Pilot in Command (PIC). Establish and uphold a robust food safety program for all aircraft catering operations.
- Operational Excellence: Actively contribute to establishing, maintaining, and diligently following all company processes and procedures. Facilitate seamless communication within the flight department, collaborating closely with the Chief Pilot.
- Vendor and Team Collaboration: Establish and nurture strong vendor relationships for training and service provisions. Develop comprehensive guidelines for managing and training flight attendants, acting as a key liaison for contract Flight Attendants regarding training and service delivery.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage budgets for catering and essential aircraft supplies.
- Professional Conduct: Consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, responsibility, and confidentiality while representing AMB Group, both on and off duty. Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative team-player approach, willing to undertake additional assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate's degree combined with at least five (5) years of progressive experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant on large cabin aircraft, with demonstrated expertise in serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals.
- Extensive international flight experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant operating under FAA Part 91 or Part 135 regulations.
- Possession of current formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent), completed within the last twelve (12) months.
- Profound knowledge of comprehensive safety protocols, emergency procedures, and in-flight service standards, coupled with proven competency across all cabin equipment.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally, evidenced by a valid US Passport with at least nine (9) months of remaining validity.
Additional Requirements
- Proven expertise in designing and presenting personalized, high-quality catering menus for private in-flight service.
- Exceptional availability and responsiveness, accessible by phone or email 24/7, excluding pre-scheduled days off.
- Flexibility to accommodate travel requests with minimal notice, often as little as three (3) hours.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to accommodate extended work periods beyond typical office hours.
- Requirement for extensive domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel functionalities.
- Must maintain a permanent residence within a 60-minute commute of KFTY (Fulton County Airport - Brown Field).

The role operates within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demanding a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and demonstrate superior organizational and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with senior leadership and family members.
This position requires physical agility and stamina. The Flight Attendant must be capable of regularly standing, utilizing hands for fine manipulation, reaching, speaking, hearing, and smelling. Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is also required. Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may be necessary. The ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds with assistance, and occasionally up to 40 pounds with assistance, is essential. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The work schedule necessitates significant flexibility, involving availability for both scheduled and unscheduled trips, outside of designated time off. The compensation package includes 5 guaranteed hard days off per month, in addition to 15 days of annual vacation.
