The Cabin Crew role is inherently dynamic and demanding, with aviation safety being the paramount priority. This position requires flexibility, involving operations across both early and late shifts. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 05:00 a.m. for morning rosters and may not return home until midnight on afternoon rosters. Candidates should be prepared for a rigorous yet highly rewarding work schedule.
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program is designed to impart all fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-class safety and customer service experiences to guests. The curriculum incorporates regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights before the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
