The Cabin Crew role is inherently dynamic and demanding, with aviation safety being the paramount priority. This position requires flexibility, involving operations across both early and late shifts. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 05:00 a.m. for morning rosters and may not return home until midnight on afternoon rosters. Candidates should be prepared for a rigorous yet highly rewarding work schedule.

Training and Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program is designed to impart all fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-class safety and customer service experiences to guests. The curriculum incorporates regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights before the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Ryanair Group is currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its many bases. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications. Upon successful review of applications, selected candidates will receive an invitation to attend an In-Person Assessment Day.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following essential criteria:

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated qualities of being hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with the public and provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with complete fluency.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
