Experienced Non-Type Rated First Officer – Norwegian

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the Non-Type Rated First Officer position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

EASA ATPL or CPL License with ATPL theory.
EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
AUPRT and MCC qualifications (unless holding/previously held an EASA multi-pilot Type rating).
Valid Multi-engine IR at the time of application (expired ratings may be accepted if expired for 12 months or less).
Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time (or 800 hours total time for military applicants).
Minimum of 500 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft.
English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 5 or higher.
No criminal record and the ability to pass a 5-year security background check.
Legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region.
Unrestricted passport.
Minimum height of 157 cm (approx. 5ft 2in) for safe cockpit operation.
All licenses and medical certificates must be valid and current at the time of application.
Preference for licenses issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted provided they are converted to DK, SE, or NO within 12 months of contract signing.

Recruitment Process

Applications will be reviewed based on skills, knowledge, and motivation. Selected candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day, which includes a company presentation, a group exercise, a 2:1 interview, and a simulator session as both Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring. Successful candidates may receive an employment offer or be placed in a pilot holding pool for future opportunities.
