Requirements

Possess a valid Boeing 737 Type Rating.

Hold a current EASA ATPL or CPL License with ATPL theory credit.

Maintain a valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.

Accumulate a minimum of 500 hours on Boeing 737 aircraft (the rating must be, or have been, on an EASA license).

Ensure Multi-engine IR is valid at the time of application; expired ratings may be accepted if not expired for more than 12 months.

Demonstrate English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher.

Have no criminal record and be able to pass a 5-year security check.

Possess the legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region.

Hold an unrestricted Passport.

Meet a minimum height requirement of 157 cm (approximately 5ft 2in) for safe cockpit operation.

All pilot licenses and medical certificates must be valid and current at the time of application. While licenses preferably issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway are sought, non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted, provided they are converted to a DK, SE, or NO license within 12 months of signing a contract with Norwegian.
