Role Overview

Candidate Requirements

  • EASA ATPL or CPL License with ATPL theory.
  • EASA Medical Class 1.
  • AUPRT & MCC (unless holding or having held a multi-pilot Type rating in EASA).
  • Valid Multi-engine IR at the time of application (expired ratings may be accepted if expired for no more than 12 months).
  • Minimum 1,500 hours total time (or 800 hours total time for military pilots).
  • 500 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft.
  • ELP level 5 or higher.
  • Clean criminal record and the ability to pass a 5-year security check.
  • Legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region.
  • Unrestricted Passport.
  • Minimum height of 157 cm (approximately 5ft 2in) for safe cockpit operation.

Licensing Note

All licenses and medical certificates must be valid and current at the time of application. Pilot licenses should preferably be issued by Denmark, Sweden, or Norway. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted provided they are converted to DK, SE, or NO within 12 months of signing a contract.

Recruitment Process

The selection process includes an initial application review followed by an Assessment Day. The Assessment Day consists of a company presentation, a group exercise, a 2:1 interview, and a simulator session covering both Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring roles. Candidates may be placed in a pilot holding pool for future opportunities based on operational needs and training capacity.

Successful candidates may be offered positions at bases in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, or Spain. All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of mandatory background checks, including security interviews, drug and alcohol testing, license verification, and employment history validation. Employment terms are determined in accordance with applicable collective agreements and are not subject to individual negotiation.
