Important Considerations

SAS reserves the right to adjust the recruitment process or base availability. Meeting minimum requirements or passing assessments does not guarantee employment. All offers are contingent upon mandatory background checks, including security interviews, drug and alcohol testing, license validation, and employment verification. Salary levels are determined by collective agreements and are non-negotiable. Approved candidates may be placed in a pilot holding pool, with start dates dependent on operational needs and training capacity. This role is not suitable for candidates seeking guaranteed base or fleet allocation, fixed upgrade timelines, or short-term employment.
