The Recruitment Process

Requirements for Boeing 737 First Officers
Prospective candidates are required to meet the following essential qualifications prior to application:
- Possess a current Boeing 737 Type Rating.
- Hold an EASA ATPL or CPL License with ATPL theory credit.
- Maintain a valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
- Accumulate a minimum of 500 hours on Boeing 737 aircraft (the type rating must be or have been on an EASA license).
- Hold a Multi-Engine IR (Instrument Rating), preferably with an expiry date no more than 12 months prior to application.
- Achieve an English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 5 or higher.
- Demonstrate no criminal record and successfully pass a 5-year security check.
- Possess the legal right to live and work within the EU/EEC region.
- Hold an unrestricted passport.
