First Officer - Riga Base

SOLI Requirement*
In accordance with company policy, all candidates for a First Officer position must either hold or be actively in the process of transferring their State of Licence Issue (SOLI) to Norway, Sweden, or Denmark. This requirement contributes to operational efficiency and cost management. Prospective candidates who do not currently possess a Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish license are required to initiate the SOLI transfer process before the finalization of an employment contract. Requirements
Type-Rated First Officers
- Valid EASA ATPL or CPL License with ATPL Theory Credit
- Valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1
- Minimum of 500 hours on Boeing 737 aircraft (Type Rating must be, or have been, endorsed on an EASA license)
- Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (preferably with an expiry date not exceeding 12 months prior to application)
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clean criminal record and successfully pass a 5-year security background check
- Possession of the legal right to live and work unrestricted within the EU/EEC region
- Hold an unrestricted passport
Non-Type Rated First Officers
- Valid EASA ATPL or CPL License with ATPL Theory Credit
- Valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1
- Completion of AUPRT (Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training) and MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) courses (unless possessing, or having previously possessed, a multi-pilot Type Rating on an EASA license)
- Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (preferably with an expiry date not exceeding 12 months prior to application)
- Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time (or 800 hours total flight time for military pilots)
- Minimum of 500 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clean criminal record and successfully pass a 5-year security background check
- Possession of the legal right to live and work unrestricted within the EU/EEC region
- Hold an unrestricted passport
